Welcome to Providence Music School! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website, enrolling in lessons, and participating in our programs. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Enrollment & Registration
Students 5 years and above to adults are welcome to enroll in our music programs. A completed registration is required to confirm participation. Parents/guardians must register on behalf of students under 18 years of age.
Lessons & Scheduling
Lessons will be offered in-person at our South Park location. Students are expected to arrive on time for scheduled lessons. Missed or canceled lessons require 24-hour notice to be eligible for rescheduling. Makeup lessons are provided at the discretion of the teacher and subject to availability.
Payments & Refunds
Monthly tuition fees must be paid on the 1st of every month. Late payments may incur a $25 fee. Refunds are not provided for any missed classes; however, a makeup lesson may be scheduled if at least 24-hour notice is given.
Instruments & Materials
Students are encouraged to have their own instruments before beginning lessons. Learning materials (books, notes, etc.) may be recommended and are the responsibility of the student to purchase.
Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected from all students, parents, and staff. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
Liability Waiver
Participation in music lessons and events is at the student’s own risk. Providence Music School is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Media & Recordings
The school may take photos or videos during lessons and events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for you/your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.
Cancellations
For our lesson which are billed on a monthly basis, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
Changes to Terms
Providence Music School reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
